Workshops

Kristi Leonard Coaching and Workshops was truly created for teams like yours. Women in leadership who are making a meaningful impact in the world need a full-service solution for their offsite and team-building needs. I create customized, inspirational experiences for each team—keeping your personal goals and team needs in mind—for high-impact workshops every time!

My leadership roles at Dell, Procter & Gamble, Illumination / Radius Global Research, and in community leadership and board roles prepared me to know what is effective through my 15 years’ experience.

My Approach

Education First

The Enneagram is a rich, nuanced framework. For those encountering it for the first time, a thorough grounding in the “why” and “how” is essential to prevent the perception that it is “fluffy,” “extra,” or a fun novelty. A full 90-minutes of teaching ensures everyone arrives at the results review ready to engage more deeply—not skeptically. Some team members may be initially cautious or uncertain, and this time builds the buy-in needed for the rest of the workshop.

Individual Results—Seen, Understood, and Valued

The iEQ9 reports are powerful, personal documents. People need time to absorb their results, ask questions, and to feel that their type is represented accurately and with love and compassion. This is where trust is built and the energy of the workshop is established.

The “So What”—Team Collaboration Implications

The highest value of this workshop is leaving with practical answers to: “Now that we know this about each other, how do we work together more effectively?” The extended team section provides time for the team report, dynamic activities, and honest conversation that leads to real behavioral change.

What the Enneagram Education Section Covers

What Is the Enneagram?

Action-Centered (instinctual, “hot” energy), Feeling-Centered (limbic, “warm” energy), and Thinking-Centered (prefrontal, “cool” energy). Understanding how your colleagues experience and process the world differently.

The 9 Types—A Practical Overview

Each type’s core motivation, idealized self-image, blind spot, and core fear. Includes individual packets for each team member.

Lines of Stretch and Release

How each type accesses the qualities of neighboring types for growth and integration. A powerful concept for personal and professional thriving.

Assertive, Compliant, and Withdrawn Tendencies

How we lead and interact across different situations—and how this shows up in team dynamics.

Conflict Styles

Reactive types (4, 6, 8), Competency types (1, 3, 5), and Positive Outlook types (2, 7, 9). Understanding why conflicts arise and how to navigate them constructively.

Core motivations vs. behavior and personality (the iceberg model). Why this framework is different—and more powerful—than other assessments.
