About Kristi
I’ve lived in Davidson, NC since 2014! We’ve had community here in ways I never knew were possible as a military kid, moving every 2 years of my life. Now I love helping people who are going through big life transitions… because I’ve been there!
Before opening my coaching practice, I earned my MBA from the University of Texas and enjoyed a 15-year career at Dell, Procter & Gamble, and Illumination/Radius Global market research. Traveling the country and facilitating thousands of market research groups for 7 years showed me how much I love hearing people’s stories. That’s one of the biggest reasons I was drawn to coaching.
Since 2020, Coaching has been one of my life’s passions! I worked at a national coaching company, Ama La Vida (“Love Your Life”) with dozens of life, career, and leadership clients. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, which requires 500 or more hours of client work, plus extensive mentoring, testing, coursework, ethics agreements & continuing education, just to be accredited.
In 2025, I became a certified Enneagram Practitioner, and I’ve cherished the opportunity to lead Enneagram Workshops … as well as dozens of workshops in Finding Your Purpose, Empathy training, Quieting the Busy Mind, Productivity, Team-Building, Finding Daily Awe, Narrative Coaching, and Group Coaching. I’m on the board of a local organization, where I led a team through a successful national search for a leadership candidate in 2025.
I coach with the values of deep listening, as we seek your inner wisdom and self-awareness to design a path forward.
I am also approach life an athlete, setting big goals and breaking them down into manageable milestones. This has been true from my time as a Texas A&M Scholarship D1 Track and Cross Country athlete …to enjoying extensive training for International Distance triathlons … then and dabbling in sculling on Lake Davidson… in the past 7 years.
Lately, my two lab puppies keep me busy too. Come by my office in downtown Davidson behind Main Street Books and Let’s connect in person!
