About Kristi
I’ve lived in Davidson since 2014, after living in Medina, near Seattle, and in Cincinnati for many years before that. Experiencing the vibrant community of Davidson through our neighborhood, church and schools where my kids grew up made me want to devote my life to giving back.
Since 2020, I’ve led workshops for local organizations, and worked for years at Ama La Vida, a national coaching company that helps you “Love Your Life” (and not just live for the weekends.) I’ve coached dozens of life, career, and leadership clients virtually in my home, and am excited to return to “live and in person.”
Before coaching, I applied my MBA to a 15-year career at Dell, Procter & Gamble, and Illumination/Radius Global market research. Traveling the country facilitating thousands of market research groups for 7 years showed me how much I love hearing people’s stories.
Since then, I’ve led workshops in Finding Your Purpose, Narrative Coaching, Group Coaching, Empathy training, Small Group Leader training, Quieting the Busy Mind, Productivity, Team-Building, Finding Daily Awe, and Prayer.
