Customized Enneagram Team Workshop
This customized Enneagram team training experience is designed for a team of five (5) staff members. If more team members would like to join in, a new location would be selected. The workshop will provide practical Enneagram insight to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and team effectiveness.
With 5 team members, plus Kristi facilitating, training will be hosted in my office in Davidson, NC. Lunch will be provided by Pickled Peach.
Objective Of The Workshop:
Participants will:
Gain a working understanding of the Enneagram and its nine personality types
Identify their own core motivations, stress patterns, and strengths
Understand team dynamics through an Enneagram lens
Apply Enneagram insights to communication, leadership, and collaboration

Format: In‑person, interactive workshop
Duration: 4 hours
Location: Kristi Leonard’s office, Davidson, NC (no facility fee)
The session will include teaching, guided discussion, reflection exercises, and practical team activities.
Investment
Workshop facilitation: $500
Preparation & materials: $200
Location & pre-meeting: No charge
Total: $700
Plus the cost for lunch and report costs for providers
PRO Enneagram test* $102 each ($510 total) + $180 Team Report *Includes 15% discount for iEQ9 coaches, normally $120 cost per report)
Preparation
To ensure the training is tailored to the team, Coach preparation will include:
Pre‑work and planning meetings with the team manager
Customization of content to team context and goals
Creation of slides and interactive activities
Printed participant materials
